The article was published in the July/August issue of the national magazine Social Work Today. Saturno, a member of the National Association of Social Workers and one of its experts, advocated for the demonstration of ethics and humanity in working with mentally ill clients. Education is key, and Saturno referenced the Campaign to Change Direction, a national movement to promote dialogue with the public about mental health, mental illness, and mental well-being.
